How do I create an account?
Click on "my account" and then click "register here." You'll then be directed to our "create account"
page. Once you've provided your information, you'll be able to fill your
shopping cart, make purchases, create wish lists, and gain exclusive access to
shopshebang.com promotions.
How do I log in to my account?
Simply click on the "my account" link and enter your email address and password.
You'll then be able to access your stored shopshebang.com information.
What if I forget my password?
Click on the
link on the "my account" page. You'll be prompted to enter the email address
that you registered with, and shopshebang.com will send your login and password information to that email address via a secure connection.
How do I change my account information?
Once you are logged in, click on the "my account" page. Make any changes to your account
information and then click "Submit".
How can I modify my order?
By clicking on the "shopping bag" link, you can modify the quantity or delete an
item from your shopping bag before checking out. Please note that once you have
placed your order, we cannot make any changes, including cancellations.
How do I purchase a gift certificate?
Gift certificates can be purchased online or over the phone. When ordering a
gift certificate online, choose whether
you'd like to purchase an "in store" or "online" gift certificate. Once you've
filled out the required information on this page, you may proceed to check out.
In store gift certificates are mailed via USPS at no additional cost.
What is the difference between in store and online gift certificates?
In store gift certificates can only be redeemed in our Chicago store. This is a
great option for recipients who live in the Chicago area. Online gift
certificates are redeemable on shopshebang.com only. Choose this option for
women who live further from Chicago, or anyone who loves online shopping.
How do I redeem my online gift certificate?
To make a purchase with your online gift certificate, first create an account
with us. (see "how do I create an account?"?) Once you are ready to make a purchase, enter your shopping bag and click "checkout" and then "place order." This will
automatically deduct the full amount of the gift certificate from your order
total. If your order total is less than the amount of your gift certificate,
your order total will be deducted from the gift certificate and the remainder of
the gift certificate will be stored as credit to your account. You can use this
credit for future purchases at any time. If the amount on your gift certificate is less than your order total, you may click "place order" and choose another payment method.
